engineering services to other classic bike parts
suppliers.
If you have a rubber part that you would like to have reproduced please drop us a picture of
the part and send us at least one NOS sample for measurement purposes. If our quotation
does not meet your cost target the part will be returned to you.
Our service is based on Tooling Cost + 400 minimum order quantity. We do offer large
volumes, which does reduce your overall cost per piece part.
Please review our Bridgestone Parts page for examples of rubber parts we have reproduced. If
you require references from other people we have supplied this service to, please do not
hesitate to request an introduction.
We also supply other services in casting / forging / plastic injected parts ..... NOS sample
required for quotation.
